Do you have a problem going to bed and falling asleep as early as you'd like?

  • No, I fall asleep on time and about the same time every night. (33%, 209 Votes)
  • Yes, I tend to fall asleep very late at night and end up waking up late in the morning well past sunrise or well past 6am. (22%, 137 Votes)

Getting enough good quality sleep is vital to achieving radiant health, increasing energy levels, functioning at your best mentally and emotionally, improving productivity, improving fitness, improving strength, improving endurance and so much more.

Getting up early can also lead you to get more time outdoors and in the sunshine so you can absorb more of the vital nutrient vitamin S (sunshine).

Of course you probably know the old saying from Benjamin Franklin, “Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.” I suppose that he’d say that applies to women as well if we could ask him his opinion these days. :-)
